About the Studio

Purpose-built for dance and movement: sprung floors, mirrors, barres and a quality sound system.
Large and light: The usable space is 12.5m by 11m, and is warmed by underfloor heating.
Multi-use space: available for rehearsals, classes, community gatherings, and creative projects.

Hire Principles

By submitting a booking enquiry, you confirm that:

Care for the space
You will look after the studio, equipment, and facilities, and leave the space clean and as found.
Care for people
You will create a safe environment for everyone attending your session. You will ensure appropriate supervision of all participants and complete your own risk assessment.
Purpose-aligned use
You will use the space only for the activity described in your enquiry and will not sub-hire or change the activity without agreement.
Timing and building flow
You will arrive and finish within your booked times and be mindful of noise and other building users.
Insurance and competence
You hold appropriate insurance and qualifications for the activity you intend to run.
Communication
You will communicate promptly about any issues, concerns, or changes relating to your booking.
